All pages are printed on 8½ x 11. There is a ¼” margin on all sides with the exception of the binding edge where there is a ½” margin to allow for the holes for the binders.

The actual size of the ad spaces are:
Full Page: 7.75 x 10.5
Half Page: 7.75 x 5.125 (Horizontal)*
or 3.75 x 10.5 (Vertical)
Quarter Page: 3.75 x 5.125 (Vertical)*
or 7.75 x 2.438 (Horizontal)

Camera ready ads can be provided or our graphic department can design something for you.

If you want to supply your own artwork, the following formats are accepted:

• CorelDRAW X4 or before (our preferred/primary program)
• PageMaker 7.0 or before
• Acrobat PDF
• EPS
• Microsoft Publisher 2007 or before
• Raw graphic files/photos including JPG, TIF, WMF, GIF, BMP, etc. (Please remember that images should be saved in a high resolution to allow the best quality.)

Other formats are available which can be imported into CorelDRAW include:

• Adobe Illustrator
• Word
• Adobe PhotoShop

When sending graphic files please remember to convert all text to curves or be sure to send any font files used as well. If you use any other format other than a high resolution JPB, it is best to also save your file as a graphic image such as a JPG and include that as well so we can be sure your image prints correctly.
